In human form: a tiny, shriveled-looking old woman dressed in a ratty old shawl. In true form: A ten-foot-long black serpent with shimmering golden-red feathered wings and vicious-looking teeth.

Roleplaying

Vieta pretends to be a helpless old woman in order to keep a low profile. In this form, she plays up being hard of hearing, slow-moving, and small. In her true form, she is a collected amd professional criminal. She is methodical, careful, and ruthless. She cares most for retaining and slowly expanding her power.
